For an entire 2 weeks, we gorged ourselves on instant noodles while cruising on the Trans-Siberian railways through Mongolia and Russia... So as you can imagine, we HAD to make a pilgrimage to the Instant Ramen Noodle Museum in Osaka. It was a fun-filled afternoon learning the the amazing legacy of instant cuisine as well as taking the cooking class to make our very own chicken flavoured noodles.
