「It's a lovely location surrounded by nature, including a river flowing over rocks and falls that can be viewed from the outdoor baths. The hotel itself was fine. The room was large, its view was good. The only complaint is about the room safe. It was too complicated: neither my partner nor could set the lock in the 4 seconds demanded. I've stayed at various hotels and inns all over Japan for 46 years, and I never encountered such a ridiculously complicated room safe. We couldn't use it.」
