"Staff is very kind"

"This was a great place to stay as we passed through Fukushima. The staff were very friendly and helpful even though our Japanese was not great. The hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable. There is also a free drinks machine in the lobby, which was a great touch. The breakfast buffet was also wonderful and I'd highly suggest trying it out. Parking is on-site, and was ¥1,000 during our visit in September 2026. Would highly recommend this place to anyone else!"

"Beautiful new hotel a short drive from Fukushima Station. Great breakfast options. Other than the bed being very hard we had a great stay."

"We are two very new foreign travelers. The staff did not speak our language but were incredibly accommodating and made us feel welcome. Very clean, very good stay."
