"Unlike some other hotels in Crawley the rooms in this hotel have all the basics and are comfortable and clean.The staff are very wellcoming, helpful and polite. The wi-fi is good and parking is available. The hotel itself is a nice looking building and in a secluded location but only a 5 minute drive from Manor Royal. I enjoyed my stays at the Little Foxes, and would recommend."

"Die Lage der Wohnung ist sowohl ein Vorteil (Bahnhof sehr nah mit guter Verbindung nach London, Supermärkte zu Fuss gut erreichbar) als auch ein Nachteil (direkt an einer sehr gut frequentierten Strasse).Die Wohnung ist ok. Bequeme Betten, mittelmässig bequemes Sofa.ABER die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr schlecht - ähnliches haben wir (zum Glück) noch nie zuvor erlebt. Wir hatten und haben noch diverse Schwierigkeiten:- Schlüsselübergabe klappte nicht. Über 40 min. Wartezeit und 3 Anrufe waren nötig.- Es fehlte ein Schlüssel zum Entsorgen des Abfalls, was wir ab dem dritten Tag vermuteten und meldeten. Er wurde dann am letzten Abend (Tag 6) vorbei gebracht, ohne Anmeldung /Termin...bis dahin haben wir auf Antwort gewartet, immer mal wieder nachgefragt...- 8 Tage nach Verlassen der Wohnung kam nun die Meldung, dass wir 20 Busse bezahlen müssen, weil die Parkkarte fehlt (die wir im Briefkasten deponiert haben). Ich hatte noch nie so viel (erfolglosen) Kommunikations-Aufwand mit einer Ferienwohnung (ich warte bespielsweise mun wieder seit zwei Tagen auf Antwort wegen der Kaution....und von ihrer Seite wird eine Antwort innerhalb 24Stundenfrist erwartet und ) . Sehr schade! So möchte wohl niemand seine Ferien verbringen. Vielleicht hatten wir einfach nur Pech - aber ich würde niemandem raten, hier zu buchen. "

"This lovely home is fantastic! 3 bedrooms (2 w/double-bed, 1 w/bunk beds), very well furnished, clean and comfortable. Perfect for my family of 4.Host provided awesome and prompt communication with clear check-in instructions.Host provides a great binder full of information about the home, the TV, and the neighborhood, complete with maps and phone numbers for local restaurants, grocery, taxi services, etc.We stayed here one night before flying out from Gatwick airport. We got a taxi for less than 25 (pounds) to the airport and the trip was about 15 minutes in traffic.We walked to the nearby grocery for some food and snacks. Neighborhood is residential, and very quiet and friendly.We arrived by train at the Ifield stop in Crawley and it was a 10 minute walk to this home.We would stay here again, even for an extended trip. This felt like staying at our home."
