「After spending 18 hours traveling from Spain to Tangier, we were met with an apartment filled with false advertising. There was no air conditioning, no hot water, and a kitchen with one bowl, one teacup, two plates, and two cups. The bedding didn’t appear clean and were covered in crumbs and body hair. The overall experience was so miserable we left a day early.」

「The location had a great view of the coast, and the hotel had English speaking staff, which gave me a great impression. I stopped by for one night on business, so I would like to stay for more than one night next time. The view from the top floor restaurant was also amazing.」

「Although we selected the sea view room which was more expensive than city view, we could see the sea only partially from the room due to the 7-8 stories new building constructed between sea and the hotel. According to the photo of the room presented in the site that it looked like we could see the beach and ocean fully (that was one of the big reasons to chose this hotel), it was very different. In addition, in the site, there was photos of indoor pool. But, it should be paid separately from the...

「Fantastic stay, one minor AC hiccup quickly resolved We absolutely loved our stay at Pestana Tanger. The location next to the train station was fantastic, and the suite itself was extremely spacious with amazing views from the living room. The kitchen staff were super helpful, breakfast was excellent, and the team overall were great throughout our stay. The one issue we ran into was the air conditioning switching off automatically every few minutes in our room. We reported it to the front desk...

「Unterkunft zentral und sauber.」

「No washer dryer in room. Empty kitchen cabinet. Induction cooker is sealed up. Therefore cannot cook. Two coffee cups, two tea cups and two glasses but only one tea spoon. Breakfast is decent and good. Front desk staff and security staff are helpful and friendly. My wife and I fully appreciate their hospitality and services rendered.」

「Property is a distance from the beach, in a semi-residential, older area. Staff, breakfast, room was lovely.」

「1- Clean, yes, quite no, after midnight, above-floor occupant can hear their noise, and dragging and moving furniture. 2- Upon checking in, they demanded extra payment (which we did pay in cash) to have them turn on the one-unit air conditioner (located in the sitting room). By the way, the apartment has two bedrooms with no air conditioning. 3- Unfavorable location.」
