"No soap in our room and only one hand towel. Staff was courteous and accommodating but the hotel is lacking the very basics. Items were dropped off to our room after we were in bed sleeping. Only 1 night stay but still inconvenient."

"Perfect location! The hospitality from all the staff was exceptional! Book their airport transfer to make arrival easy. It was 30 MAD. Otherwise, a taxi will have to drop you outside the Medina and it will be hard to locate the hotel. Perfect stay in Tangier! Able to walk to all the sights and spend time in charming cafes right outside the hotel. Change money at one of the many places on the street outside the hotel to get a much better rate. "

Said, Nadia, El Abraham, Sanea , Amal each were beyond exceptional they took care of us just as we were family. The care that was shown to us is nothing we have ever experienced. From the moment we entered the raid we were treated as if we were the only visitors and I know for sure they treated all the guest with the same kindness and care.
