「This is an amazing property in every aspect. The cabin is adorable and very well appointed. The location is excellent for hiking, Red Rocks, or just general exploring. What makes this property stand out even more are the hosts. Quick responses, accommodating, they loaned us seats for Red Rocks and even messaged us at one point to let us know there was an elk grazing in the yard. We will be back!」

「Wish this had been our destination, instead of a brief pitstop! Bed and linens super comfortable and very high quality - slept great! Hot tub was so fun to enjoy while it snowed on us as we watched the NBA playoffs on the TV though the window! Thoughtful touches (high-end shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, etc.) Enhanced our Breck experience! 」

「Beautiful home in a great location. High up in the mountains, but close enough to shops, restaurants, and activities. Great communication with the host too!」

「This is a great property if you want peace and quiet in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings on the back porch and took walks in the national forest behind the house. It was close enough to Nederland to go for lunch and dinner and within a short drive to a number of great hiking spots. The previously mentioned hot water issue was taken care of and we had immediate and constant hot water as needed. 」

「We needed a last minute place and were incredibly lucky to find this place. So quiet and cozy. And so close to everything we need it. The host was so friendly and accommodating. Hope it's available the next time we're in town.」

「The property is super cute, convenient, and the hosts are very attentive. We had a great time there!」

「The good: quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds. Good appliances. Adequate cookware and dishes. Plenty of extra towels, bedding, and pillows. Comfortable furniture, very roomy. Good Wi-fi. Very simple to get to Ball Arena. The not so good: Parking is not good! Our party had 2 vehicles. There is a very small concrete pad to park on but the garbarge/recycle totes are in front of it so it's not easily accessible and it's not really even big enough for 1 vehicle let alone 2. Instructions say...
