"The room was fabulous. Service staff are very friendly. There are a lot of activities to do in the hotel. Living close to nature. The only downside is that it is not near the train station, you have to call the hotel to get someone to fetch you (Limit 6pm). Additionally, there aren't a lot of shops around but everything can be found in the hotel itself."

"Great view of Mount Fuji just from the hotel room and restaurant. wing we stayed are spacious but need updates as there are not enough electric outlets and no USB plugs. Service is great and suggest add breakfast to your booking as it is really good deal."

The hotel is located on a steep hilltop but shuttle service to train station is provided frequently and can be scheduled in advance. Also, due to the location, the view over lake Kawaguchiko is simply amazing! Absolutely recommended! "
