"Stayed for one night so it wasn’t a huge deal, and we understand Tokyo hotel rooms are usually small. However, the room we received did not match the renovated rooms shown on the website photos. The room itself was clean, but the bathroom was just okay, and the shower curtain had an unpleasant smell. There were also no blackout curtains or blinds, so the room stayed bright throughout the night, which made it harder to sleep comfortably. Staff was fine, but overall the stay did not quite meet expectations based on the listing. There’s also stain on the wall."

"Staff was excellent check in process was very quick Kura sushi on 2nd floor and 13 floor observation deck was great for a night cap beautiful area quick access to train washer dryer options with code only 5 machines may cause line but patience will get you far :-) can’t wait to go back"

"It was an awesome experience. staff was super nice and friendly. they spoke very good English. they also helped me practice my Japanese. hotel room was great and bathroom was a great size. location was mid but had Lawsons right next door and same with the stations. but the scenery was beautiful. plus, great price. My recommendation, find a cheap hotel because you can go to cool places in Tokyo on the train and for cheap. plus, you're getting to your hotel late at night only to rest. hotels are usually used just for sleep because you are out in the city all day long. this place is perfect because it was very affordable. plus, i was there only during the nighttime to sleep."

"Super helpful staff who helped us with a few things including luggage forwarding onto our next hotel. Whilst the rooms are small, they are perfectly equipped including nice toiletries included. The communal area downstairs was a favourite for eating food we had bought elsewhere as well as all of the pastries provided by the hotel. I would 100% stay here again."
