Stayed here twice during a 2 week period. Really appreciated the flexibility for a late check out (checked out at 1pm for a fee) as well as the hotel storing my luggage after check out. I plan to stay here again. Great location, loved the 24 hour lobby amenities and super accommodating staff.

Great location. Clean and well organized hotel. Love the coffee and snacks available in the lobby 24 hours. Especially helpful when recovering from jet lag. Also appreciate on site laundry facilities and umbrellas. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in 3 different hotels during our stay in Tokyo. This hotel was our favorite. The hotel is clean and modern and welcoming. The morning pastries were delicious. The hotel is in close walking distance of the sky tree, and there are plenty of food and drink options in the area.

Such a great hotel, the Atelier room was HUGE and very cool. Loved the rooftop views of the Skytree, and the free pastries and juice/coffee available anytime was a real bonus. Very short walk to train, direct to Narita airport train, and lots of places to eat nearby. Also a great mall near the Skytree.

Absolutely great hotel! We stayed here for the first couple of nights, went to Osaka and when we came back we booked here again. Near the train station, nice views of Tokyo Sky Tree. The rooms were so clean, bathroom was great! Nice hot water and soaps. The AC worked great. We also enjoyed the free breakfast, delicious pastries, coffee and orange juice served all day! It is also in a calm neighborhood and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It was a great place to relax after long busy days. The staff was absolutely great and even provided us with umbrellas to take to the city. Will definitely stay here when we come back!

We enjoyed our 5 night stay here. We really appreciated the complementary pastries and coffee in the lobby. Even when not asking for housekeeping, the staff always provided us with extra clean towels. The room is on the smaller side, so plan accordingly and bring less luggage. The area is accessible by metro and is quieter than other tourist hotspot parts of Tokyo. We would stay again.

Super helpful staff who helped us with a few things including luggage forwarding onto our next hotel. Whilst the rooms are small, they are perfectly equipped including nice toiletries included. The communal area downstairs was a favourite for eating food we had bought elsewhere as well as all of the pastries provided by the hotel. I would 100% stay here again.
