"The Quintessa is an older hotel but comfortable with good value. My queen double was spacious and had a great view from the large windows. Breakfast is above average with a focus of Japanese dishes. The hotel is a great departure point to explore the canals around the City Hall and Ogaki Castle. There are 29 natrual springs in Ogaki, 3 are located in front of the station. Nobody drinks from them--but they were the highlight of my trip. The water is cold and sweet! I filled up my water bottle every day."

"It was a great experience. I really liked the location of the hotel and the staff were really ice and friendly. Rooms are bigger than usual in compared to other hotels in Japan. Unfortunately there is no Onsen in the hotel. It is very close to shopping centers and transportation. I will definitely go back again."

"I stayed here in July and absolutely loved this hotel! The views from the rooms were beyond beautiful! It overlooks the mountains and river. The spa amenities were quite impressive. The pool, hot-tub, ice cold tubs were all impeccably clean. The temperature was perfect on all three. The beautiful changing rooms with vanities are a classy touch. The morning buffet had a great variety and was delicious! Most of the head staff spoke English. I can’t wait to stay there again. "

The restaurant is five star first rate and accommodated my son’s allergies seamlessly. We arrived after one of those days and they took care of us like family. "

"If you've stayed in one Tokoyo Inn, you've pretty much stayed in them all. This one hasn't seen some of the upgrades that busier locations have, but it's very clean and practically inside the train station."
