Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was small but elegantly appointed. The hotel had the feeling of being well managed and very well maintained. We were a little negative about our housekeepers efforts on our second day. She was perfect after our first night, but left many things unattended the next day … did not replace towels, removed bath mat without replacement, did not leave toilet tissue which was nearly empty, did not remove trash, etc.
