The only down side was when the cable we t out for an hour due to a rain storm. And the breakfast chef's can stand to be less aggressive . I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!"

"Before arrival, I called and messaged the hotel multiple times to inquire the shuttle bus service, but I received no response—not even when contacting them through the booking intermediary, Expedia. The hotel lacked even basic in-room amenities, such as drinking water, I have to go very far to buy. The signage directing guests to the rooms was also unclear. A renowned brand like Sheraton should certainly offer a higher standard of service."
