The hotel itself was nice, staff was great, rooms were good, breakfast was solid. My only issue was that I was there for 4 days for work but the wifi was completely unusable most of the time. If I was on the couch or bed it didn't work so I had to use my cell data during the visit. I had to scoot my desk closer to the door for my laptop to connect and at one point I had to work from the lobby. I let staff know and they are aware one side of the hotel has awful service. If you are in the area for work I recommend somewhere else.

There was a kids party that went on until midnight with kids in the hall. Very loud. Staff did a good job repeatedly telling them to be quiet and get in their rooms.

When I got to my room, the key wouldn’t work. I went to see the lady at the front counter. There was no one on staff to help her out (it was a Sunday). She gave me another room instead. I found the wifi signal to be poor at first, then it was ok and in the evening non-existent. I go to the gym regularly so I tried out the gym at the hotel. There was no treadmill which I couldn’t believe so I tried the bike. It was very old and luckily it didn’t fall apart when I was on it. I was not impressed. Then I thought I would go for a swim, my card key wouldn’t work there as well. I could see the pool, it could use some updating. I gave up and went out. The breakfast was ok but I would suggest that they use one of those containers that disperse cereal instead of wasting so many containers. I stayed at a hotel the next night and it was cheaper and better than the Comfort Hotel.

Bathrooms seemed gross in the room, no bottled water ANYWHERE on property, including vending machines and their little “store”. Breakfast was meh and the indoor pool was closed (one of the only reasons we booked)

The AC was blowing out hot air . We call twice for the same problem. The first maintenance guy during the day all he did was look at it said I have to check something , never came back or say nothing . The second maintenance guy for the night time she took it apart and put it back .

Terrible is an understatement! Room had peeling wallpaper, mold growing on the walls in multiple locations, tv remote didn’t work unless you stood right up next to it(yes we asked for help a million times or for a solution with none), no smart tv so limited channels, oh and to top it off there were roaches, gross! Let’s move to the outside… as you enter the perimeters you are greeted with trash literally everywhere, numerous nails, screws and metal in the parking lot, overflowing trash cans outside and everywhere there is grass was filled with dog poop. Extremely disappointed and do not recommend this hotel!

Staff was very friendly. Room and hotel is very dated. Room had marks all over walls and headboard. Bathroom shower had cracks in tub area and lighting was horrible. Pool was out of service. Laundry room was horrible 2 each washer and dryer of which 1 of each was out of service. Most guests were construction workers so parking was very difficult due to all the large trucks. Lobby was constantly covered in dust and mud clumps being tracked in.

Dirty room, crumbs on one of the beds, a cleaning rag wedged into the toilet, the room smelled like cigarettes, and the indoor pool they advertised was closed because it was too cold.

Everything was ok. I didn't appreciate being on the 3rd floor. 1/2 the floor under renovation. The area near the elavator was nasty and dirty. I ask for another room they could not do it, cause of 3rd party Expedia. My room should have been 1/2 price. You need to find out more information about the sections of rooms giving out.

Upon arrival we waited for 20 minutes for the front desk staff to figure out our reservation, and then attempted to charge us again even though we prepaid. After much back and forth on the phone with her manager, she gave me keys and said she’d figure it out later. We went up to our room and had a hard time getting past the potent smell of weed in the hallway. We went into the room which was old and in need of maintenance but was clean. After resting we left to go to an event but accidentally left something in our room. When we tried to open the door, the room key would not work just 2 hours into our stay. We inquired at the desk and a different employee told us that we were checked out. I stood for another 20 minutes while they took my id again and figured it out. The next morning we attempted to take showers and no more than a trickle of water came out. The faucet appeared ancient and the caulk in the shower was moldy. At this point it was too late to request a different room. It was so bad we decided to just check out a day early. When we told the front desk we were checking out, the same woman who checked us in and tried to charge us twice commented that we were leaving early. I responded that it was so bad we couldn’t stay any longer. Nothing else was said and we didn’t even receive as much as an apology.
