"Great hotel stay! The staff was attentive to my request- asked that they provide non-feather pillows and before I settled in the room, they were replaced. I have stayed a few times at this property and the front desk staff are always friendly and professional. Beautiful hotel and clean! "

"Since I booked this trip I had issues !! When I arrived at hotel I was given room , as I went into room there was a terrible odor of mildew mold and smelled dirty . Front desk changed . New room was ok but phone didnt work. Anything I needed had to go to front desk from 9th floor. Requested room to be cleaned next day twice , house keeping never came . Breakfast was extremely crowded no sitting in dining room only one staff person servicing dining area. Food kept running out . The only positive thing I have to say is staff is hardworking . They are not the friendly but work hard. When my family and I left I can truly say we were relieved . We will never ever visit this property again . It was very old , outdated . Tv in room barely worked . Absolutely do not recommend ."

"The room was fine. The restaurants and bar, as well as the convenience store in the lobby are all extremely overpriced. $25 for a small PB&J and a drink? Highway robbery. On top of all of that, they try to sell you on products when you check out. No free breakfast, no pool/hot tub, everything overpriced? Pass. "
