「Great location and easy access to the beach. Restaurant next door was an added plus. We visit again. Host was great to work with and check on us everyday.」

「We will be back! Absolutely beautiful stay- comfortable bed and furniture. My only complaint is that the pots and pans were a bit on the tired side. This would not stop us from a return stay. You will not be disappointed! Spectacular!!!!!!」

「My son and his young family came to visit. We currently are renting in Ocean Village, and we wanted them to enjoy a little bit of these paradise. They were very pleased with the apartment we rented for them. This place is super cute. Everything was very clean, and exactly as pictured. They are a young family with two little kids, and they were able to accommodate very nicely into the apartment and to sleep! The owner was very prompt to communicate to any questions or requests we had!!」

「The place was exactly as described. The only slight complaint was that when taking a shower in the master bathroom the entire bathroom floor gets wet. But I just put a towel down. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. It was comfortable and quiet. Perfect and exactly what I was looking for.」

「The condo was not very clean. Floors were very dirty . The condo is not fully equipped . There is one pot and frying pan. Dishwasher didn’t work whole time we were there. We didn’t get any check in instructions I had to text and ask about everything ( door code, WiFi…)」

「We had a great 3 night stay in this cute, cozy, super clean and newly renovated property. It was a perfect space for the two of us. The bed was comfy and the shower was awesome. We loved the large deck with a lovely view to the ocean. It was a very short stroll to the beach where we spent most of our time. Restaurants were within easy walking distance. Communication was amazing. We would definitely recommend this property.」

「We have made several trips to Florida during winter months in the past and this was our third stay on Hutchinson Island, second at Atlantis by the Sea. This unit was by far the best kept and appointed. It was extremely clean, comfortable, well maintained, and beautifully appointed. Check in was a breeze and the Owner was extremely accommodating and easy to work and communicate with. We are looking forward to returning to this property in the future.」

Xanadu is a huge move that offered enough privates rooms for our 6 adult children and their spouses and our 3 grandchildren. There were more activities available than we had time to enjoy. Absolutely any and all necessities a family will need while on vacation has been thought of and provided. This is the best stocked property we have ever...
