「The building is so beautiful. Absolutely grand. The location and views from the sun terrace are phenomenal. The staff are great, there's always tea and coffee available for the room and there was entertainment in the evening. Such a big, old hotel must have a laundry list of repairs and maintenance challenges. The windows were dirty, water marks or paint peeling off here and there.
