"Great location and friendly staff. One thing I was dissatisfied with was the hot water system. The first time I turned on the hot water at the bath tub and vanity, the pipe had bursted and very brown water came out. One of the USB ports and plugs by the bedside was also loose/broken. "I really love people from this hotel. My daughter (3.5 years old) was impressed that almost everyone (manager and people who works in the restaurant) she met here could speak English fluently. She did not have trouble to communicate with them at all. The manager Nataly was super helpful when she helped my dad get the elevator to the lobby for his Didi.
