「We were told that if we needed more towels etc, they were available at the front desk. I actually liked the fact we could leave our things out. Staff extremely friendly. They were constantly replenishing items at breakfast.」
「We stay at the Bayshore everytime I come up to see my sister and it's always worth it. They have a quiet garden section with a hot tub or you can opt for the indoor/outdoor heated pool and hot tub in the main area. Breakfast is good, dining option next door just opened, a great BBQ place! The rooms are spacious, quiet and comfortable....some have fireplaces...it's always clean and so cozy. It's my favorite place to stay in Eureka, CA」
「This hotel is nice and great to stay at. The immediate surrounding area is less than desirable. There are a large number of Homeless in the nearby area, we were never bothered by anyone or felt unsafe. I'm sure things will change with time for the better.」

「Lovely historic old (103 yrs.) hotel. As such you can hear the footsteps of people in the room above but overall a quiet and pleasant stay. The parking lot is fenced, the staff quite nice. To our surprise the restaurant and bar were closed, as was the pool for maintenance, but none of that affected our stay.」

「We did not plan ahead and needed a place to stay on the 4th of July. This gem of a propert had a room open at a decent price! The front desk staff had no customer service skills or information on the breakfast offered or pool.
We were able to see the fireworks from our room which was a great suprise. The breakfast was horrible very few options and messy.」

「The hotel was much nicer/cleaner than when we stayed a few years ago. The Casino has a dedicated smoking area blocked off from the main Casino floor which is a nice change from years ago when you couldn't go to the Casino without smelling like an ashtray. The hotel is also no smoking / no cannabis which is a must in Humboldt County. Overall, I was very impressed with the overall cleanliness of both the hotel and casino.
