Room was clean, front desk staff was very friendly and location was very close to downtown Eureka. Our only complaint is the hotel is located on major streets and you can hear the traffic noise in the room - you might need earplugs.

We get the same room every time we come. Very clean, not a lot of other people making noise in and out. Not overcrowded. Don't have to listen to neighbors go to the bathroom, etc!

The bathroom was very nicely renovated and very clean. Nice room for a great price. The staff went out of their way to help us when we had to change our plans.

A car was driven onto the exit middle divider when entering the main entrance. Our room was right next to the busy highway and the sound was pretty loud. It was clean at least.

We really liked the location and ease of check in. Room was well appointed. Bed comfortable but bedding thin and spread was not very soft quite itchy. Overall a good stay!

Property was in decent shape, newly renovated, price was right and the location is ideal for those traveling through and need a last minute place to stay. My biggest complaint is the noisy street corner.

The room was brand new and beautiful. Loved the little extra touches. We were at the end near a road and a traffic light. We certainly knew when people were going to work the next morning!

Great room at a great price. Reception was very warm and friendly; the room was like new after a total restoration. Would have preferred a walk-in shower, but the tub was new and had a curved shower curtain rod for greater space. Parking was convenient and we would go out of our way to stay again. A definite 9 out of 10.
