「The family room was excellent with small touches like a tent and stuffed animals for my daughter. Very clean and very nice and new. Staff was courteous, kind and very helpful despite the language barrier. Would definitely stay again and totally recommend. 」

「The hotel is conveniently located near the tourist spot of Wulingyuan, and there are restaurants and food stalls nearby. The staff were friendly and kindly explained the sightseeing route to us, so we were able to get around smoothly. Thank you. It was a great hotel.」

「Overall a very good place to stay. Very close to the National Forest attractions. Staff will need translator to communicate. They can’t understand English but they are very helpful and friendly. Special mention to the waitress Li Ping on our floor. She was very helpful and took care of use very well. 」

The English-speaking staff were incredibly helpful—they arranged all our tours and tickets, making the whole trip stress-free. Sara contacted me once I booked and she help me with everything from airport transfer to getting a private guide for the national forest on a days notice! If you get the chance ask for terry he was very knowledgeable of the park and the city and was an amazing guide and experience of my trip!」

「We loved our stay here in November. Vivi and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and supported. I unfortunately came down with food poisoning (from an outside restaurant) and Vivi was so sweet and brought me ginger tea and fruit to help! They walked us through the best routes for the national park and gave us great tips and advice. When I was bed ridden they gave my sister guidance on a show to see in the evening that turned out to be around the corner and was an...
