Very nice. Updated house with open floor plan. Very accessible to downtown. Side walks in neighborhood, great for walking. Host was friendly and helpful.

Great stay near downtown and room for whole family

We have a comfortable stay. Home was clean with plenty of room and a great AC. I it also located a few doors away from an amazing restaurant.

cheap and convenient.

The listing stated the house was 4 bedrooms however it's only 3 bedrooms and 1 office with a large sofa. one of the bathrooms is shared between 2 of the bedrooms and one of the doors does not secure. If I opened or closed my bedroom door the the bathroom doors would immediately open by themselves because they don't lock. It also gets extremely hot at night we found out that the thermostat was on a timer so if we set the AC to 70 we would wake up to discover it was on 80 degrees. One of the rooms had 2 beds and one of the beds was unusable because it was as hard as a rock overall if you're on a budget it's not a bad place to stay but if you can spend more money to stay in a place with less issues.

Home away from home

We love staying at this home, it is perfect for our family and needs. The home is very clean, comfortable and in a great location. Bryant is extremely responsive and a delightful host.I highly recommend this property.

Medical stay

The property was great for what we needed. The bedrooms are spacious and it was nice to have extra bathrooms. The home was equipped with everything needed for your stay. The communication with the host was great and all questions were answered in a timely manner. We recommend and will stay at this property anytime we have to come to the area.

Home away from home

We love staying at this property and do so every visit to Houston! The property is spotless and well appointed. The location is great and the communication with the owner is exceptional! It is perfect for us and our dogs! I highly recommend!

In The Houston Heights with Family

Our NY family returned to Houston for the first time in years to meet up with Texas side of family. The house in the Heights offered us a comfortable, clean, complete space for us to work from home, plus cook and rest before/after our many reunions with a big family. Bryant, the host was helpful, friendly and responsible. The big kitchen and bathrooms had new appliances and the host provided many amenities that we could not bring. We are so pleased with this VRBO home that we all recommend it to others in search of a great home for large families. Thanks again, Bryant!

A good time was had!

Overall this property was close to all the activities we were doing, definitely got cold when needed. Rooms were very nice, spacious for the guests and overall a good neighborhood. Definitely going to stay here next time I come back travel out there!

Great location - Spacious home

Located relatively close to all the main attractions Houston has to offer. Visited with family to check out the food and nightlife attractions. Home had plenty of room and comfy beds/furniture. Nice host and I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Dirty sheets and hidden cameras

There was biological aftermath on the master room bed sheets. The electricity stopped working in the master and we had to leave work to meet an electrician as the property owner did not return calls. This property and its electrical devices (tvs, fans, WiFi, etc.) need maintenance. Cherry on top, my phone detected a hidden camera. It was a roof over our heads but that’s about it.

I love houston

Wow this house was exactly what we needed to really get to know the city of houston. Everything was within 10 min ..theres literally a bar next door which we didnt even notice where the sangrias are heavenly. The rooms were clean, AC worked, nice spacious layout ..i mean everything was exactly as described. I cant wait to cme back and stay there again.
