「Cottage room was nice, clean bathroom. Staff lovely, especially in the breakfast area. Very good breakfast, menu order & buffet. Lovely views of golf course. Great location for seeing the area. The spa area is poor. Really uninviting & needs a deep clean.」

「I was visiting Kings Lynn and this turned out a really nice place to stay with a ton of parking, very quiet and peaceful and with good food and drink available. The room had a lot of character and so much nicer than a hotel chain. Thankyou」

No fruit hardly at breakfast, lovely croissant and toast though, please don't charge for supplying lattes, I didn't have a big breakfast at all as I don't eat meat so I thought that was unreasonable for the price.」

「Excellent quiet location. Traditional pub atmosphere with log fire welcoming you on arrival. Breakfast was superb especially the eggs royal.」
