"This is a WONDERFUL cottage in the beautiful village of Docking, close to everywhere you'd want to be in Norfolk.From the friendly and helpful communication from the owner before we arrived, through to the easy checkout process, everything was perfect for our family-of-four stay.The cottage was exceptionally clean and had all that you would need and more for your holiday. A well-stocked kitchen with good appliances, a comfy living room, two good sized bedrooms with quality bedding and a spotless bathroom with an excellent shower.It's great to have your own parking space on the property, and there's even a small outdoor space at the front next to this to enjoy reading a book or watch the friendly robins and sparrows!As for the location, you're surrounded by beautiful countryside, and an impossible number of places to visit. An early morning walk will see you surrounded by Norfolk hares, deer and pheasants and a quick drive will take you to some of the best beaches in the UK.For a family, couple or solo traveller - Hollyhocks cottage is a perfect choice for a lovely trip. I'd wholeheartedly recommend this clean, quiet, safe and well-cared for property - and the owner clearly takes every effort to ensure your stay is excellent."

This is due to the friendly welcoming warm staff - specially Rosie who couldn’t do enough for us, she happily showed us around the facilities and made us feel very special. The fun, colourful vibe and swim up cocktails were a treat and the room with the double bath was one of its kind and so memorable. I would come back in a heartbeat - and hope to return later this year"

"The Coach House was one of the loveliest accommodations that we have ever stayed in! From the moment that we arrived, the owners greeted us and were so warm and friendly. The garden is beautiful and such a wonderful view from the balcony. It was peaceful and just what we needed for a long weekend. The place was extremely clean and well equipped. We used the location as a base to explore the North Norfolk coast and also made a trip to the broads. We couldn't fault the Coach House and hope to return in the future!"

"I was worried about the downstairs bedroom being cold and I messaged the host. He replied straight away and sent round a heater. Turns out I didn’t need it - once the heating kicked on the basement was toasty warm. We did run out of toilet paper and there were no pods for the washing machine but overall it was a lovely stay, thank you. "
