「The room that we were first given was very dusty and looked as if it had not been cleaned for a long time so we were given another room. In this room the heating did not work so we were given a stand alone heater.
The up side was that the gentleman on reception did everything he could to resolve these issues which he did to our satisfaction.
The breakfast was very nice and the service from the one lady that went round like a hurricane doing everything was first class.」

「Excellent for the price I paid. Rooms have recently been renovated and it showed. The only niggles were that the extractor fan in the bathroom was very noisy and probably needs replacing (room 10) and there was no hot water: I tried to have a shower but couldn't: No matter how long you ran the tap for or in which position the water never got warm.

Some menus are available in reception but the hotel is happy for delivery of any type of food to be eaten in room and probably in reception on request if preferred
My room was basic but ample for a one night business stay and very clean. Bed very comfy and hotel is in a quiet area so little noise during the night
