"Bed was hard like a brick, very uncomfortable, shower had x2 shower heads - seemed to be an old one that was still installed and dripping was very weird, shower also had no hot water in the morning, the hotel is pretty outdated but in a good area, literally a minute to the Queen Victoria markets and a beautiful park across the road. The staff we saw on checkout were so friendly and courteous and the cleaners do a great job of keeping a pretty outdated hotel looking nice and clean. Would stay again for a short stay but wouldn’t recommend a long term stay. "

"Location and cost were very good. Quiet neighbourhood within walking distance to shops in Richmond, the MCG and public transport. Apartment was a good size and bed comfortable. Negatives were the very dated and uncomfortable couch, dirty window ledge in the bathroom (covered in loose dirt) limited toiletries. Overall I would stay again as the location is great. "

"Great location if you want to be out of CBD. Riverwalks, plenty of eating options, convenient for sporting facilities MCG, Tennis precinct etc. Hotel staff, rooms and facilities are excellent."
