The room was fab with a great view and the amenities that I needed . I was aware that the indoor pool was out of action but not to the extent that the works were . When I arrived I got to an area fenced for works , so had no idea how to get into the hotel . Luckily a kind resident helped me . Also the outdoor pool was out of action for 2 days which wasn’t brilliant . I understand works happen but a better brief g would have been nice , I would have perhaps booked somewhere else . However once the works are done I would recommend it to anyone

Had a great stay at Encore Broadbeach. Amazing views from our apartment and the facilities were great. Loved that the apartment had beach/pool towels and a tote bag for us to use. Also had a clothes horse for drying clothes. Kids already want to go back!

This was the best GC apartment we have stayed in. The staff was friendly and helpful from the start to the end of our stay. The apartment was lovely, comfortable with great outlooks. It was located in a convenient location and the apartment is well maintained.

Great location however rooms are very tired and dirty is some areas. They are due for an update! Hot water in shower not working and was lukewarm at best.
