ILIKAI BUILDING NOTICE — July 9, 2025
Spalling repairs and full exterior painting of the building in effect. Please be advised that balcony access for this unit will be restricted from approximately October 16, 2025, to February 21, 2026, during work hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). These dates are subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen delays. Please also be aware that noise disturbances may occur throughout the duration of this project.

- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own)
