"The room was as advertised and it was nice. The lifts were unusual! All the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was main option from a choice of three options, with limited buffet offer. The swimming pool area was nice but busy we day pass holders on occasion. Great location."

"The room was lovely but we weren’t able to access our balcony which was incredible disappointing it also look terrible so even keeping curtains open was unpleasant and that is not what you want when you go to Hawaii! Location is great and breakfast is also really great to have included."

"I absolutely loved it! The day before we were leaving they were doing floors which was a struggle when we had an early flight but I loved how helpful they were with everything it was extremely clean and our activities person Betsy that helped us with everything was amazing! 100% will come back!"

"The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was fun. It was convenient to have a hotel on the beach. Beach will close when sea lions swim up to the beach area. Hotel is close to restaurants and shops. I would stay here again with my family."
