"Our stay was outstanding, and we will definitely be returning. The onsite restaurants were fantastic, with great food and service, and the beach access felt almost private. The beach was clean, safe, and never overcrowded, making it a perfect place to relax.
The service truly exceeded our expectations. On our first night, I woke up with my back hurting and asked if there were any rooms with a different type of mattress. Instead of simply saying no, they asked us to call when we were heading out for the day. While we were gone, they actually replaced the mattress in our room. That level of customer service is rare and made a huge impression on us.
Our room was on the 17th floor with an incredible ocean view. The only minor downside was that the neighboring property’s mechanical equipment ran continuously and was fairly loud 24/7. It would have been nice to hear the sound of the waves instead. Fortunately, this was the only negative during an otherwise exceptional stay.
Overall, this is a beautiful resort with outstanding service, excellent dining, and a wonderful beach. We can’t wait to come back."
