The unit was a little dated and the bathroom had a big hole where the vent supposed to be and no parking at the hotel! But otherwise it was ok.

Humble but very well located

It's nice and clean, and very well located, Beach was arround 900m.The air conditioner is a little noisy and the view is not so attractive.Being tottaly fair, overall is a nice option! ..but if you search it's possible to find quite better with only 10 more a day. I have done it for the second and third week I have stayed in Honolulu.

Property was decent for the price. Very small but made it work. There were a few dirty dishes which I had to wash prior to use. Wi-Fi information was difficult to locate on the modem (black letters on clear tape over a black modem isn’t ideal for reading). Small hiccup during check-in process but was resolved. Recommend buying a plunger as this could be helpful when the drain and/or toilet gets clogged. Thank you for hosting.

Mother/Daughter trip

I stayed here with my daughter to celebrate her birthday on this trip. We felt completely safe and loved that we were high enough we could keep our balcony door open all night. The location was perfect. Close enough to the beach, restaurants and the bus stop so we only needed a car one day on the whole trip. It isn’t luxurious but the room is pretty updated and was very comfortable and clean. The hosts are very responsive and made sure everything was taken care of. I will definitely be staying here again.

Great location but when I tried to extend it was painful. Back and forth on the app and phone with VRBO and the host, disappointing 😕

This apartment was the perfect accommodation for this area of Hawaii. We had an excellent stay! PROS: -Walking distance to beautiful resorts, Waikiki Beach, a grocery store/ABC store, and a few restaurants. -Very clean and looked exactly like the photos online. -Located in a safe and quiet area. -Kitchenette well-stocked, perfect for breakfast and prepping lunches/snacks to go, which helped us save a lot of money. -Air conditioning worked well. - Comfortable bed with foam padding on the mattress CONS - Because of the old plumbing system, we needed to hold the toilet flush for 15-20 seconds, and it took longer for the water to fully drain after a shower. - They only supplied one garbage bag for both bins Overall, My fiancé and I highly recommend this apartment.

Great location for the price

I had a great time staying at this property. I found the location ideal for access to downtown Honolulu and Waikiki proper. It was about a 15 min walk south to tons of night life, and just north is the harbor and Ala Moana beach, which is much prettier and less busy than Waikiki beach. I did not rate this property as 5 stars, because I think with little effort the property management company could update this unit. The tables/furniture was worn out with scratches and discoloration. I also believe the bed was not a standard queen, as the mattress was slightly smaller than the bed frame. The sheets did not quite fit the bed either. The toilet is also a low flow toilet so it takes a solid 30 seconds to flush. I did appreciate the kitchenette. While it was small, they did provide dishes, toaster, coffee maker, hot plate, cutting board, utensils. This made it easy to make breakfast and lunches to save money. However, like the furniture, it could use some updating, and generally better utensils, like sharp knives. I was also disappointed that some of the dishes appeared to not be thoroughly cleaned upon arrival with dried food bits stuck to them. I had to clean them first. All in all, location was great, the stay was satisfactory and met my needs. I’d stay again.

When we arrived the property had not been cleaned from the last guest. We tried to contact the host and an hour later they finally said the cleaning service was running behind and they would let me know when the property would be available for check in. After a day of travel with a small child we had to find somewhere else to stay and get a refund. To process this request with vrbo with a host that does not communicate in a timely matter is not easy. Additionally, the property does not look like the pictures. The furniture is worn out and the property has not been well maintained. I highly recommend going somewhere else.
