From the booking, to the check-in process, questions in between that and check-out process it had to be the smoothest transition and were avid VRBO renters. My family of 4 stayed here! The communication back and forth was prompt, especially dispute hiccups we had. The email info at before check-in as well as a day ahead of check-out process was detailed, accurate, and straight forward that there was no misunderstanding. There were even great provisions and amenities onsite and within our rental (boogie board; towels; ironing board&iron; toiletries; dishes; average fridge; TV set). I will say that we have 2 toddlers and there were some items&appliances that I needed to put away to childproof this spot and absolutely neither of them could go on the balcony without an adult, but other than that this place was clean, in a great location with ABC stores; food trucks; and beach within walking distance. We barely used our rental car unless we needed to get to different parts of Oahu. I loved it and was nervous about being on 17th floor, but it was simple to get to this rental spot, even with children. I hope to book with them in the future!
