"There are few places to eat inside of the hotel so that’s the only negative but your 5 minute walk from Ala Moana shopping mall and there are numerous eateries"

"Staff was very helpful and accommodating very friendly. Great location but wouldn’t stay here again. We encountered 2 roaches . One on our floor outside of elevator and one in our bathroom. Although they do have a warning sign in our room it would be great to know beforehand. We’ve stayed at the hotel next door last vacation and they didn’t have any of these sightings."
