「We had a great stay here. We really enjoyed the local neighborhood and proximity to the beach. We also loved having meals out on the lanai. One note: there was no AC, but with fans and the ocean breeze through the open sliders it was completely fine. Communication with the host/owner was great.」

「We love Maui Sands. This unit is truly 11ft from the ocean, walk out on the main floor. Easy ocean access and a fun reef to explore and Bob in the Pacific. This was our second time at Maui Sands and stayed in a different unit that was updated and more fresh. This unit is dated and the bathroom is not easy for those with mobility issues. 「Great location, beautiful view of back of Molokai. The unit was great. Had everything we needed for our stay. Just one complaint, the onsite property managers does kill the vibe. That's enough for us not to come back to this particular property. Nothing against Jim or Lorna. Their unit was great but the property managers on site killed the vibe. 」

「Please see my e-mail sent to Epic Realty on 10/22/2023 discussing how uncomfortable I was, that staff complained because the door closed from a wind burst and my friends and neighbors assisted helping with my 6 digit codes that they changed continuously. Asking assistance from staff has never been this tremulous. They were upset I called to get a new code after all.my possession was in the room. 」
