「Avoid this property at all costs! It was a nightmare, owner couldn’t be contacted for hours (tried to call him and no one picked up the phone) and only after we got a hold of him, he informed us that the place was double booked. We were travelling with 2 young kids and waited nearly 2 hours in front of this property. It was 9 pm and we had to scramble to find a place to stay. The owner offered another location which was in Shinjuku, which is on the opposite of the city. This was a terrible...

「Wonderful traditional Japanese home. Nice space for 2 adults & 2 teens. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location is a 12-15 min walk from a metro station so plan accordingly w/luggage. Host should repair sliding bathroom door (not smooth on track and 1 glass panel sounds close to leaping off) & add another mirror or two around the flat as the bathroom mirror is impossible to see yourself in & the lighting is terrible. Otherwise an excellent stay!」

「We had a fantastic stay at TOKYOKOSO with our family of six. The house was spacious and well-organized, with two bedrooms and a cozy loft and small manga room that our 7-year-old absolutely loved. Kuramae is peaceful yet conveniently close to Asakusa and public transport, making it easy to get around Tokyo. We also enjoyed visiting the charming cafes and shops the host recommended. The outdoor foot bath was a lovely feature, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The house was spotless...

「Takahashi's place was immaculate & very comfortable close to the subway line (about a a 10 min walk) to Yahiro station. BEST of all is how accomodating Takahashi was. Not only did he allowed us an early check in, but because there was a gap in his schedule, he extended our stay by 1 day when our flight home was cancelled the day before we were supposed to depart at a very fair price. Takahashi's communication was EXCELLENT.」
