It was a nightmare, owner couldn’t be contacted for hours (tried to call him and no one picked up the phone) and only after we got a hold of him, he informed us that the place was double booked. We were travelling with 2 young kids and waited nearly 2 hours in front of this property. It was 9 pm and we had to scramble to find a place to stay. "We had a great time at the property. The house located at prime area, with metro and JR within minutes away. Akiko San was very helpful and responsive. The house is great for family with kids, the beds are comfortable and everything is clean and high standard. Thank you for having us, we will be back. "

"The house was clean and tidy. Communication was prompt and effective. The house is more vertical so there are a lot of stairs but we made it work even though we have 2 seniors in the group. One has difficult mobility, the property manager went above and beyond to accomodate us by setting a bed on the first floor. Luggage elevator is such a useful addition. As expected for Tokyo house, we don't have a big space to hang around as a group but we were barely home so this is not an issue. The place...
