"The property is located in mid-levels away from the busy central district. Downside is access to town is not so convenient (need to go by taxi or walk down, or via a limited shuttle bus service) and there are few shops and restaurants in the neighborhood, but I do like the botanic garden across the road and the jogging track on Bowen road. "A very unique experience. Not a usual spot that one needs to walk up towards the mountain lane. Love the redesign of the apartment building. If I stay long in Hong Kong, I’ll choose here as it has washer and kitchen. "
