We recommend the Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park to anyone traveling through Crystal River. We heard if you are traveling with dogs, they have a complimentary kenneling with staff to watch while you visit the park. Lou the hippo was our favorite.

The glass bottom boat was covered with green scum and there were no manatees swimming there as we had seen before.
