"Most of the staff were very helpful. The gentleman, I believe his name was Ron was excellent. Everyone was very helpful. However, when I went to checkout this morning the lady insisted I owed money. I knew I didn't and she argued with me, most unprofessional of her. She then found out that I had indeed paid for everything. She offered no apology after she argued with me"

"Chosen for airport proximity. Smaller hotel on upper levels of industrial/ medical building. Did the job (7am flight) but nothing more to recommend it."

"The hotel was nice and comfortable. Not the nicest neighborhood but is gentrifying. Here’s the problem: the hotel does not allow you to bring a guest to your room. And they DO NOT DISCLOSE THIS ON EXPEDIA.
