"My luggage was removed from my room during the first day. Reported to the hotel magnetment but the didn't believe me. reported the case to the police. Second day after returning from the police station, I found all my luggage hidden in the cleaning staffs room."

"Over charge me , after I book my room and went to the hotel they ask me to pay 43 shekels for service!!! I really don’t know what kind of service but the front desk said if you don’t pay that I can’t let you access to your room , seems like they have a very poor costumer service "

"What a gem boutique hotel Friendly staff and accommodating and always there when needed. Every room is different and unique. Around fantastic. Restaurant and bars in the area are great. The hotel is 2 thumbs up. Enjoy Is well worth the stay and recommend. . "

"This apartment hotel is located between body shops. Close to a dining out area. Breakfast is very basiic. Some days due to low occupancy, they provided a food that looks like from previous day. Room without any usb outlet . Shabby towels though clean looks like need to be replaced. Soap in size of a quarter and one liquid bottle that is a shampo/conditioner/body wash. They are so cheap that I won’t return."
