I loved the garden attached to the room. The hammock was really nice. The inside of the property was well-renovated. The property was hard to find, however. We drove past it a couple of times because we didn't see the sign on the door. And, the road right in front of the property is relatively busy, so it didn't feel very walking-friendly. However, there is a park across the street that is very nice and quiet.
The place was cute and had a magnificent charm about it. The staff were exceptionally helpful. This is my first time in Israel and without even asking they should many of the great places to go to in Tel Aviv.
Wow, what an amazing stay at LaLa! I understand all of the 10/10 reviews. The hotel itself is in a gorgeous, historic building that has been meticulously updated and designed to feel quaint and cozy. It's unique and charming beyond anything I have seen before. There are special little touches all over, from the coffee bar to the garden sitting areas to the candy jars (my daughter loved this).
The owners of the boutique are Guy and Barbara and they are incredibly nice and helpful for their guests. Anything you need, any questions you have, they are available to point you in the right direction. We had the pleasure of meeting them one morning at their wonderful new cafe just a block away and talked for a while. It felt like they were old friends.
The location is pretty good, easy to get to Jaffa and other parts of Tel Aviv by car or bus. Seems like an up-and-coming area being revitalized. Not a ton right around there but maybe that is changing. The free parking was much appreciated (and rare in TLV). Huge parking lot across the street and about 5 spots right on the side of the hotel. For kids, there is a huge and really nice park right across the street.
Cannot wait to go back and stay there again! My daughter keeps saying she misses LaLa and how nice it was.

Liked: Staff & service, amenities
Disliked: Cleanliness
The staff was extraordinary great
The room was nice and unique but the sheets weren’t very clean. To top on that the walls were very thin that you can hear the other rooms and the garden. To sum up ,good experience in a very nice place.
I recently booked a last-minute stay at Lala Hotel, and I couldn’t have been more thrilled with the experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in for check-in, I was greeted by Barbara, who was not only kind but also exceptionally pleasant and incredibly accommodating.
What stood out to me the most during my stay was the remarkable service. It felt like I was receiving a 5-star treatment at a cost of a 3-star hotel. Barbara’s warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel right at home, and her willingness to go above and beyond to make my stay comfortable was truly impressive.
The room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing night. The attention to detail in the room and throughout the hotel was evident, making it clear that the staff takes pride in providing a top-notch experience for their guests.
From check-in to check-out, my stay at Lala Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. It’s a true gem, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay that exceeds expectations. I can’t wait to return to Lala Hotel for my next visit!
The staff was amazing and extremely accommodating. The room was a nice size, the courtyard was super cool to hang out in the evening. If we are in the area we will certainly be staying here again. Also don’t forget to visit the coffee shop the own, try the burekkas.
We had a great stay in such a unique and fun room! We were so thankful for the early check in after arriving in Tel Aviv! And our hosts were eager to point us in the right direction for where to tour at Old City Jaffa and Carmel Market! Such a fun city!! The bed was also comfortable and the shower nice and hot!
The coffee shop served delicious coffee and matcha too!
we very enjoyed our stay, and very happy to meet the owner hotel nice people and help with everything, very nice and intimate hotel with lovely design. very recommended
From the moment we made the reservation, Barbara reached out to welcome us. She was very responsive to everything we needed, from things to do around the Hotel, places to eat and she even scheduled our taxi ride to the airport.
The hotel and owners were extremely nice and very responsive. The hotel was very cute and we could walk to Jaffa but it’s location may not be central enough to either that or Tel Aviv for some. One thing to note, I was traveling with my son and the room was very small and the bath was separated by a curtain. We were only there for 2 nights so made it work by using another bathroom downstairs and one of us left room while showering. Barbara and Guy were the most pleasant hosts we had during our stay in Israel so that made up for it. Rooftop area was nice and coffee and snacks in the morning!
