Great location right across from the beach, and compared to the nearby hotels, this seemed like a good choice. Unfortunately, the room cleanliness could be improved. We stayed for over a week, but the shower was never properly cleaned, the bathroom floor often had hair and dirt, and a stained bedsheet was not changed for the entire stay. Overall, a good hotel with an excellent location, but housekeeping needs improvement.

Excellent location with Seaview balcony, steps to the beach and multitude of shops and restaurants. The staff was polite and courteous. Our room was spacious, super clean and tastefully designed with modern touches. I would stay here again and would recommend to others!

The room 411 was with noisy air con And the lamp in the bathroom did not worked I asked to get new room and refused by reception with no availability ! When I checked online before approaching there is a lot of rooms available to buy instantly!! But the location was on the beach of Bat Yam and the beach across the street. The guy from the breakfast doing everything to make the best, what was appreciated by me a lot!

Most of the staff were very helpful. The gentleman, I believe his name was Ron was excellent. Everyone was very helpful. However, when I went to checkout this morning the lady insisted I owed money. I knew I didn't and she argued with me, most unprofessional of her. She then found out that I had indeed paid for everything. She offered no apology after she argued with me

This is a new and beautiful hotel. Located in a Russian community. For Israel, most hotels are dirty and cheaply put together. But this is the exception.W stayed in a “Classic” room. The room size was large, modern and clean. The staff was amazing. So accommodating. Parking: if you’re driving you MUST call and reserve your space. The hotel is on a corner. There is NOT a place to pull up to the hotel and unload your luggage. The parking garage is secure but they available parking spots are few. All in all it is a Wonderful place to stay. So close to the beach.

Almera suburb with luxury of the city

Literally The Best hotel in Bat Yam .Views are stunning Located just on the beach across the street ,quiet area .Public transportation near by .We used Gett app for taxi which is affordable Staff is very friendly ,trying accommodate above and beyond with any needs .Hotel is very clean , just recently opened .I think it was a good idea to have breakfast which had many choices /decent food .But there is a very nice cafe on the first floor of same building ,so if you breakfast coffee and croissant maybe it makes sense for you . Along the beach area there are several restaurants for lunch and dinner .We enjoyed every minute spent there

Hotel is clean and new , staff very helpful, I thought lobby could be bigger but was ok. Breakfast was decent. Enjoyable The only thing that was not there is the US charging outlet so you have to bring your own adapter. But staff were nice they gave me one .
