"Parking was handled by the valet staff. It was easy and the staff (valet), all personnel I met, was very professional and courteous. No cooking was done in my unit."

"I stayed here with a small family- 2 years ago, I also stayed here … the way this hotel has deteriorated since that first stay was upsetting. Our room was filthy, toilet only flushed after 6 times holding the handle down after each use, there was a man getting arrested out front, extremely loud guests pounding on doors at 2am, 10pm our entire room smelled like weed - looked out to find people smoking in the stairwell and all drafting to our room. Not ideal for 2 guys kids, one with asthma. The pool area was nice enough. Staff was kind at check in. Unfortunately didn’t feel the price matched the quality this round, upgraded need to be made."
