"Great loation by the bach and not far from Hoi An old town with 3 times a day free shuttle. Great swimming pool and very kind staff. Amazing breakfast, and near by dining option outside the hotel. A problem with the faucets was repaired quickly. "

Thao provided exceptional help at both the R Bar and buffet breakfast service. Our spacious room featured a separate bedroom, main bathroom, lounge area, visitors’ toilet, and two balconies – one overlooking the pool, another with stunning ocean views to Cham Island. The complimentary shuttle to Hoi An town (20+ minutes away) was very convenient, and the extensive breakfast buffet was excellent. Minor Notes: Resort dining runs slightly higher in cost than expected, though quality justifies the pricing. Bottom Line: Exceptional accommodation with outstanding staff who go above and beyond. The beautiful room, convenient amenities, and extraordinary service easily outweigh any minor cost considerations."

"Outstanding service from spa reception bar and restaurant staff. We had an issue with the affiliated travel operator for snorkelling and scuba diving experience (misleading and terrible overall) and the front staff and assistant manager took time to listen to our feedback, understand the issue and help us provide a solution. Caring and personalised service altogether!"
