The property was located about a 10 min walk from the old town, so a little quieter. The room was a good size with balcony views. Two pools are available on site; one for adults only. Excellent staff (server Trang), cleanliness, and location (15-min walk to old town). Rooms were good but have seen better days (some worn bedding and towels); bathroom amenities were not (pink hand wash and hair conditioner that was like body lotion) and rain-shower needs descaling. Breakfast buffet was tasty and varied; dinner was bland (braised eggplant and banana blossom salad) but many other restaurants near by. The price reflected the value; a solid stay overall.

It was a beautiful place and a place I visited with high expectations. However, it was a pity that I did not see the beautiful garden to visit after a heavy rain. It was a process of restoring flooded areas, but the staff were friendly and the best thing was breakfast. The room had the beauty of a peaceful old house. It was clean and the bathroom was in good condition. The location was great because everyone could walk around the old town.
