"The staff were very nice and helpful, giving us directions to places of interest. Although there was no kettle, they kindly provided a jug of hot water. The hotel was cozy and in a good location, with easy access to the train station and city centre. We stayed for one night only but had a pleasant stay."

"The hotel was lovely. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of foods. Great coffee. The room was warm, comfortable, and soundproof. I had a view of the mountains and the night sky. "Absolutely lovely stay at Altstadthotel in Innsbruck. Probably one of the best hotels I've stayed at for customer service, the staff were absolutely fantastic and made the stay a joy. There was some street noise in night so I'd probably recommend a room towards the back of the hotel if you can but otherwise, I'm struggling to find fault with the rest of the hotel. Can't wait to visit again for longer."

"The hotel was amazing. Perfect location for the Christkindlmarkt. The next morning after having multiple beers, red wines, etc. some in the group needed special attending to. Katarina, a beautiful lady, made it a point to create a soup that was healing and warm. I would definitely stay here again."
