「Parking was a problem 」

「Loved the loft in downtown West Dundee. Stayed close to a relative that was sick and it was perfect to get away and have quiet time and get work done. Was there on a Thursday and got to experience thirsty Thursday in East Dundee. Would definitely go back. Thank you Suzanne.」

「Excellent!」

「We really enjoyed our stay. We have so much family in IL - it was nice to have dinner with a few of them right at our 'home' away from home and not eat out every night. Make sure everyone knows there are a LOT of stairs - so that everyone from the toddler to the 94 yr old that visits knows they are going to 'climb'... :)」

「Bathroom sink didn't drain properly, building has an unpleasant odor, limited towels, floor dirty, bug on counter, room tired and need updating and extra charges upon check in.」

「We had a wonderful stay at the Kildahl House! It is clean, cozy, charming. The location is perfect and accessible to to the river and downtown. I loved the connections Andy and Suzanne have made with local businesses to make your stay even more enjoyable!」

「Very dirty, old room. If it wasn’t that close to the airport and quiet I would have left. And even the low price was far too much for what it was.」

「great place and location!」

「The apartment was located well for our stay.」

「Fabulous location and the host was extremely responsive to communications which I rarely need with VRBOs.Be aware that laundry is in the building, not the unit - but very close and not a problem. Property is up one flight, no elevator. Also, spacious closet but no dresser or drawers. No big deal depending on length of stay. None of this was misrepresented, I just didn’t notice or ask the right questions.」

「I would stay here again in a heartbeat!」

「I love loft #3. It’s so well done and a great location!!! The owners are super responsive.」

「Excellent place will definitely be back, the owners seem like great people as well」

「Great!,clean,and quite and tubi tv」

「Sadly, I will not recommend this place for a 4-5 day stay. It seems to be an old motel that they are trying to keep open. We rented it because we were visiting family and wanted a place to have morning coffee before we left for the day. There wasn’t a thing in the kitchen area. Not a utensil, appliance, plate, glass or cup. No towels in the kitchen. The bathroom door handle came off almost every time we opened it. Enough said.」
