This one-bedroom loft includes exposed brick, timber ceilings, a king bed, kitchenette, fast Wi-Fi, and a 60” smart TV.



The Space:

This building dates back to 1893 and has been carefully restored to preserve its original charm while offering modern amenities. Today, it features a coffee and donut shop on the first floor and boutique loft accommodations above.



124 Lofts is a collection of four private lofts, offering a great option for couples, business travelers, and guests attending weddings or events. Guests often reserve multiple lofts when visiting nearby venues like The BRIX on the Fox.



In addition to 124 Lofts, we offer nearby accommodations including Sinclair Suites and Kildahl House, all located within walking distance for easy group coordination.



Guests enjoy self check-in with secure keyless entry. Please note that the building does not have an elevator and requires one flight of stairs.



Free parking is available in nearby municipal lots.

Entrance is on Main Street. Our remote lock system allows the convenience of a contactless check-in and check-out.

The Fox River is just steps away and perfect for outdoor recreation. Guests are welcome to bring their own kayaks or canoes and enjoy time on the water.



We are also just a 2-minute drive from The BRIX on the Fox, a popular wedding and event venue. 124 Lofts is a convenient and comfortable option for wedding guests, with the ability to book multiple nearby accommodations for groups who want to stay close together.

124 Lofts is conveniently located just 3 miles from Interstate 90 and 5 miles from the nearest Metra train station. Uber, Lyft, and PACE public transportation are readily available.

Each loft includes a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, sink, Keurig coffee maker, and under-counter refrigerator. Please note that there is no oven or stovetop.
