「Hotel was very good, perfect place and very clean. However, there was no functional air conditioning. The rooms (we were moved) were stiflingly hot. We complained, were moved but A/C was not working. What was most irritating was the apparent dishonesty of the staff. On the day we left, the receptionist admitted they knew they had problems but the staff we spoke to previously played 'ignorant'.
