My family and I decided to stay here after reading the reviews. Firstly, we don't usually stay at home stays, but thought it would be a good experience being in ninh binh. Rooms, facilities and service were adequate. The home stay is located on a small road, so cars and buses cannot access. Every tour or p/u and drop off with grab had to stop on the main road because the roads there are narrow. I had to deduct one star due to coordination with the owners. Although nice, they seem to be overwhelmed, running around trying to coordinate with other members of the family. Dealing with them was very unorganized and chaotic/confusing at times. Overall, decent stay.

The family there is amazing and the room was excellent. The locations is perfect and in the heart of it all as well. They had a great deal on a scooter and the area is full of fun exploration.

Cosy place with very friendly host

Had an excellent stay for 2 nights. Hosts are amazing and friendly. Place is cute. Room and bath is decent. Bed is hard but comfortable for my taste. We had the (mis)fortune to experience rainfall in tam coc, which make the place damp and humid. Overall nice experience.

A gem

What an awesome stay. We had issues with our prior stay in Tam Coc, had to book last minute. Was greeted by the family. She checked us into our private rooms. Super nice and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and just a short walk to one of the main areas. The breakfast was included in the morning. It was decent. The family was all there helping and it actually brought a smile to my face seeing the babies run around while the adults tended to the propertyand guests. We ended up renting scooters, that was a solid experience. They also did our laundry for a fee, everything was folded and brought to our room. They have refreshements for purchase, cheap beer and water on site. The pool looked very welcoming but we never tried it out. I would stay again.

Very comfortable

Comfiest bed and plump pillows. Spacious room and bathroom. Looks onto the pool. Great breakfast, select eggs, pancakes or noodles plus coffee and a juice. Wifi is great but it cuts out for a few minutes frequently. Down an alley only 2 minutes from centre of town. Friendly family, booked my onward travel. Recommend for the comfort

Great homestay in Tam Coc

We stayed in the Sunrise Homestay for a few nights and even extended our stay, as we really liked it. The beds were comfortable and the room was of a good size. The pool was an absolute blessing during very hot days, especially that it has a roof protecting from the sun. The owners are very helpful and nice. Everything in the hotel is the same price as in the shop, so there is no point in buying drinks elsewhere. The breakfast was a nice touch, especially the juice and the lemon honey tea. The location is great, really close to some very nice spots. We also rented a scooter from the owners, which was a great idea as we wanted to check some places like Trang An that are slightly further away. Overall we loved our stay here and would recommend staying in the Sunrise Homestay to anyone. It's great that there are signs for the place, so we never got lost, it was a nice touch. Fantastic value for money in my opinion.

Amazing accomodations, rooms were very well kept, spaceious and clean. Beds are comfortable, the family that looks after the place are some of the nicest people we have encountered while traveling. They look after you like family, cheap scooter rentals as well as free breakfast. Would highly recommend.

Lovely Homestay

Lovely host, let us use a shower and gave us a loft to the bus on the last day after check out. Nice breakfast and they can organise buses and motorbikes for you. Lovely pool too for when it is hot.
