「It was a pleasure staying at La Lua Ninh Binh Resort. The staff are attentive and available 24/7 to support guests. A special thank you to Nga and the GM for their kindness and assistance during my stay. I was unfortunately unwell and had a sleepless night just before my checkout. The team kindly brought me some medicine and allowed me a later checkout so I could get some rest. Their care and understanding were truly appreciated. Thank you again for the wonderful hospitality.」

「The place was a breath of fresh air!!!! 5 min on the bike to everything in town. They have bikes for you to use for FREE!!!! the staff Kelly hue and another gentleman (please forgive me I forgot his name) were AMAZING helped us out with everything that we needed assisted us with things to do and what to see. And the reason why this place was 10/10 SUPER CLEAN!!!! hot water and a beautiful spot. Thank you so much for making us feel at home and with family. Much love, Cảm ơn 💛」

「The photos online do not do this place justice, it is an absolute paradise, I literally felt like I was sleeping in a tropical jungle, the setting was the best throughout my whole trip in Vietnam. The owners are friendly, they have an on site massage room that can take 3 people at a time, they call in staff from the local town and was only £10 for 1 hour. It is an instagram setting. The pool was amazing and well kept, it is surrounded by rooms and felt like a villa. 」
